Please join me for my October 15 workshop
September 28th, 2010
On October 15, I’ll be leading a four-hour business model innovation workshop at ASAE’s Headquarters in Washington, DC. This workshop will feature a new design and new content intended to help participants move beyond old mental models of associating and toward fresh business model concepts for their organization. Among the questions we will explore:
+What is the role of storytelling in business model innovation?
+How can associations build stakeholder intimacy by living in the “i-space?”
+Why do associations need to design new business models for the loss of control?
As association leaders look more closely at what it will take for their organizations to thrive over the next decade, business model innovation must be at the top of the list. This workshop will help you engage both productively and generatively with the challenging work of business model innovation, and help you imagine powerful new opportunities for success. I hope you will be able to join me on October 15.
