Innovation is the central association capability of the 21st century.  The capacity to innovate will drive the success of all associations, and the time to build and nurture that organizational capacity is right now.

And so it is with great pleasure that I announce a new collaboration between Principled Innovation LLC and Boston Conferencing to present a first-of-its-kind three-part webinar series on association innovation.  The series includes three 90-minute webinars in late May and early June, along with many other benefits designed to support deeper organizational learning around innovation.  You will find information on the three seminar topics below:

Moving Innovation to the Edge
How association leaders can engage the greatest number of contributors in the pursuit of innovation

To make innovation truly sustainable, associations need to adapt their work to the emerging imperatives of a Web-enabled world.  On-going, and often intense, collaboration with a distributed network of possible partners demands that associations do business very differently.  This webinar will examine how associations can leverage technology to move the pursuit of innovation closer to edge, and actively engage new contributors who are already searching for inventive ideas and breakthrough solutions.
