Who would really miss you?
January 2nd, 2009
Thanks to Fast Company co-founder and all-around big thinker Bill Taylor for inspiring me to ask the following question:
If your association went out of business tomorrow, who would really miss you and why?
Before you spend a few minutes thinking about cutting or eliminating programs, services or staff, spend a couple of hours in deep and serious reflection with other leaders on this fundamental inquiry. Be clear, specific and focused in your responses.
The answers may surprise you.
