    I’m going to use this with my staff; and separately with my officers. Will be interesting to see their perspectives (as well as give me even more insight into each of them). Will likely chop out the commentary on the sides as I was trying not be influenced by the input of others, and won’t want them to be influenced either. But enjoyed that side commentary and expertise it represents. And will post my perspective on the situation described on Acronym. Thanks for doing this.
