Crank up the Beatles, 'cause I definitely agree that we are talkin' 'bout a revolution and that incremental change does not cut it (with all due respect to Maddie). The power that the individual user (member, customer, stakeholder) now has is simply unprecedented, and as you point out, the changes that brought this  about have are recent and wide-reaching. True &quot;stewardship&quot; fueled by &quot;strategic imagination&quot; is exactly what is needed right now. - Jeff</description>
