Download this board agenda template!

April 13th, 2008

Meetings are sometimes held around conference tables.Image via WikipediaIn some of my recent sessions, I’ve been talking about the need to change board conversations by changing the design of board meeting agendas. To help association leaders apply the ideas in my presentation, I have developed a template that I invite you to download and use.

It should not come as any surprise that the design shared in the template is a significant departure from usual association practice, so you may need to persuade your leaders to experiment with it. Let me know what you think of this approach, and whether you face resistance, in the comments below.

Your timing is impeccable! I have been using a good management template for years and even I can feel it starting to tire, so the opportunity to experiment with a new one is welcomed. Thanks Jeff.
