Thanks to all sorts of technologies and innovatiions, 40 is no longer an age to dread. And it shouldn't be. Each decade has its own precious attributes and learning curves. I, for one, would not want to go back to my teens, 20's, or 30's. I've made my choices and in my 40's am learning to live with those choices in harmony. I turn 41 in 10 days and I say...bring it on! The fact that you feel you are leading a meaningful life and have learned much from your family and friends means that you are paying attention, Jeff. Not everyone can say that. Happy couple-of-weeks-late birthday wishes!
