It might be clearer to just have the three middle boxes as your main slide. Your "Next Traditions" deserve a slide of their own! My other thought was, if you're looking at this from an association management point of view, I was wondering if the key challenge to value/creation is actually "making meaning", and the key challenge to collaboration/trust is actually "risk management" (so switch those two around).
