Rethinking membership

June 15th, 2007

Next week, I am speaking at ASAE & The Center’s Marketing & Membership Conference in Baltimore. The topic for my two-part session is “Attract, Engage and Energize: Creating a New Architecture of Participation for Your Association,” and I’m very excited about the conversation I have planned.

So, in anticipation of the conference, I thought you would be interested in reading this brief article on “rethinking membership” that I wrote for the most recent issue of the Executive IdeaLink newsletter. Please let me know your reaction to the article.

FYI–This newsletter is a product of ASAE & The Center’s Executive Management Section, and I am completing a term as the section council chair.

Jeff, I’m not an ASAE member so I can not read the article. Do you have permission to reprint it here on your site?
