Live from Austin: Part I

February 1st, 2007

Unfortunately, the pace of my schedule during the Great Ideas Conference in Marco Island (not to mention the fire that displaced me from my room), made it impossible for me to post again after I arrived there last Friday. I will post some thoughts from the conference soon.

This morning, I am in Austin, Texas, speaking at the Southwest Showcase, a joint meeting of several Texas associations, focusing on association, meetings and tradeshow management. I am posting from my session room, where I will be leading two sessions, one on social media overall and the other on podcasting specifically. Everyone is welcome to access the wiki I have set up for the social media session.

I will most likely post again during the first session, as I demonstrate blogging to the group.
