Time for Great Ideas!

January 26th, 2007

I’m here in my hotel room in Marco Island, Florida, looking forward to the start of ASAE & The Center’s Great Ideas Conference. While the main event kicks off on Sunday afternoon, my conference starts tomorrow with an innovation boot camp that promises to be very exciting! I’m also conducting a session on learning from failure on Tuesday morning. In addition, I am also conducting Association Innovation Advisor sessions with several participants. The Association Innovation Advisor is a form of coaching that helps association professionals develop their abilities as innovators. (By the way, if you’re interested in learning more about this coaching offering, just send me an e-mail.)

There is no separate Great Ideas blog this year, but there is an Acronym blog. Unfortunately, I don’t know how active Scott and the other Acronym bloggers will be during the conference. I will try to blog on the conference a bit here but, to be completely honest, it will be difficult to keep up with everything I have going on in the next few days.

If you’re here at Great Ideas and you see me, I hope you will come up and say hello! While I know some P.I. Blog readers, I’d love to meet more of you. And please do keeping on reading!

If you're new here, I hope you will consider subscribing to the P.I. Blog. Just click on this link to add it to your RSS reader. You can also receive e-mail updates by subscribing via the box located on the blog itself. Thanks for visiting!
