200+ votes and audio comments

November 2nd, 2006

WE MADE IT! As of right now, my ChangeThis manifesto on the six core values of innovation has received a total of 207 votes. WOW! I don’t how much more time there is to vote, but I encourage you to do so before the proposal is removed today. And many, many thanks to everyone who has contributed to this successful effort. I will now wait for the ChangeThis people to reach out with information about next steps and, of course, I will keep you all posted on where things go from here.

UPDATE: As of 7 pm EST today, ChangeThis.com has taken my proposal off the site.

Also I am trying out a new feature today, courtesy of Evoca.com. If you scroll down on any blog page, you will see the audio comment widget on the sidebar. Anyone with a PC microphone can record a comment directly from the blog and submit it to me. Since I am a big believer in using audio to create richness in our conversations, I am going to try this tool out for a few weeks to see how it is used. I’ll keep you posted on what I learn. If you have any thoughts, why not be the first to record an audio comment?
