Get everyone involved in innovation

October 28th, 2006

Last Thursday, Innovate on Purpose blogger Jeffrey Phillips put up an excellent post on the importance of getting everyone involved in the work of innovation, I strongly encourage you to read it, as well as my comment.

I consistently argue that innovation is not an activity that should be compartmentalized from the rest of the organization, and opened only to a privileged few. Jeffrey helps make the case for broader engagement. Heed his advice.
