BIF-2 Podcasts

Yesterday, I did interviews with four of the storytellers at the BIF-2 event I am attending in Providence. I encourage you to listen to them because the implications of their thinking extend far beyond the corporate sector and right into the association community. As you listen to these interviews, consider the following questions:
- How are you bringing your passion to your work?
- What is your “innovation intent” for your association?
- How can you approach your members and customers in a more empathic way?
- Where are the opportunities to innovate the way your association provides services?
Also, give some thought to the advice each of these storytellers shares with you about how to make innovation happen in your context, and how to find and sustain your inspiration for that challenge. I hope you will share some of your reflections.

I’d love to listen to your BIF2 interviews, but can’t access them. Seems like there are server problems.
