KRM launches Sound Advice podcast
September 15th, 2006
My friends at KRM Information Services have launched a podcast called Sound Advice. The podcast will provide a combination of practical tips and suggestions for presenting more effective virtual seminars, as well as the discussion of new ideas of interest to KRM clients, a group that includes many associations.
I don’t blog that much about companies serving the association space, but I thought it was appropriate to post something about the KRM podcast for two reasons. First, KRM is a highly-regarded provider of services to our community, so the company’s new podcast is a notable development that is worth sharing. Second, it is yet another infusion of social media into the association community, which makes me very happy. As more companies serving associations integrate social media into their marketing and communications efforts, our community will benefit from the increased exposure to the power and possibility of these tools. That can only be a good thing.
So, congratulations to Rick Olson, KRM’s CEO, and all the good people up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin for stepping confidently into the world of podcasting. Great to have you on board!
