					<description>I agree about the gathering momentum for a participatory revolution in how associations deal with members.  Talking with association staff, and some governance, about self-organizing communities or focused interest groups is no longer likely to lead to a blank stare.

Still, we have a long way to go to a time where the barriers to entry for associating are minimized.</description>
