I am simply delighted to be presenting a very exciting pre-conference “boot camp” on innovation at the ASAE & The Center Annual Meeting in Boston this August. This session is going to be unlike anything I’ve done before on innovation and I really want to challenge you to sign up for it. There is a minimal investment of $125 over and above the meeting registration, but I know that you are going to derive value from this learning experience many, many times that figure. If you can’t sign up for it personally, send someone in your place or, even better, send a team of three people so you can really begin developing your association’s internal capacity for innovation.
In early July, I am going to post an initial design for the boot camp on a wiki I have created to engage boot camp participants. We are going to collaboratively design the actual session in this space! I plan to post advance preparation materials for the session on the wiki as well. This is just one of the experiments we’re going to try in developing and presenting the boot camp, and so you really do not want to miss out on being a part of this unique learning experience.

I’m not going to say what they are just yet, because that would spoil the surprise.
